The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and close sales deals, exceeding assigned sales targets.
  • Execute the sales strategy to target and acquire new clients/students in the education sector.
  • Prospect and qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and build strong relationships with educational institutions.
  • Understand the unique needs of educational institutions and effectively communicate the value proposition of Veloces Consulting Services to its customers.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to specific client requirements.
  • Manage and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within the education sector.
  • Track sales activity and performance metrics, reporting to the National Head.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Travel extensively within the region to promote our offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the education sector.
  • Freshers could be considered for Junior Roles.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian education system and its challenges.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
