Sales Manager – Higher education

We are having the urgent requirement of Sales Manager for Sankalp Smart School , a brand of Veloces Consulting Services Pvt Ltd. This is a National Role based at Bangalore

Job Descriptions:

1.Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business in the Higher Education (Schools)
2. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients (Schools/Colleges and Corporates).
4. Promote the company products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
5. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
6.Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
7.Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
8.Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
9. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
10.Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
11. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
12. Should be extremely target and performance oriented.
13. Should be able to lead a team and achieve team revenue goals.
14. Ready to travel extensively.

Prerequisite:
Required experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in Higher Education / k-12  sales.
Qualification : Gradation with MBA preferred. 

Would have extensive local and outstation travel.

Salary – CTC : INR 600000/- P.A
